Mike - The Trainer

My name is Michael DeAngelo. Chris’s personal trainer through this 9 month experience.

I graduated with a B.S. from Springfield College in Applied Exercise Science and a minor in Sport Nutrition. I currently hold certifications by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as, a Certified Personal Trainer. Both are in Distinction. Another certification that I hold is Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I have been in the field of Health and Wellness for 10 years and have been involved in athletics my entire life.

Good stuff! I love the video portions and his honsety with the workouts and his ‘true ‘ day to day blogs.

I love the fact that he LOVES his chocolate chip cookies too!
