Day 3: Training
We thought we were going to start weights today, but the universe conspired against us and scheduled meetings. So, instead we just did some cardio. 20 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Target heart rate was 165.
Anyway, I’m kind of glad that muscle work was postponed another day.
My arms, back, chest and neck are all still a bit sore from the
Push-ups on Monday. Ha. I feel like a wimp. It’ll get better.
On the diet side, Brett is basically working with me on meals, pointing out which options are healthier than others and why. A lot more nutrition information should start flowing after tomorrow, since we meet with the nutritionist. Not ENTIRELY sure she’s on board yet, but we’ll see how it goes.
We’ve got rough cuts of 3 videos from this week almost ready to go. However, timing being what it is, I have a MAJOR deadline on Tuesday, and I’m running a couple of days behind, so I just haven’t had the time to iron them out. But the first of them will be up this week. Promise. Also, this is probably more writing and video than will happen later on, but for now, we’re laying all the ground work, so things are moving fast and we’re pushing it all out there for you to review.
I’ll let you know how Day 4 goes. Nutrition and Weights. Busy day.
