The Truth About Chris’ Workouts

[Brett] Chris might think he’s struggling keep up with me, but let me explain how hard he pushes me through these workouts. First off; these are total body workouts that are done with no rest and have cardio at the beginning, middle and end. Mike designed these programs to seriously kick out butts through these “cardio cross-training” supersets.
When I got home last night and explained to Kristen (wife) how sore I was from today’s workout I explained to her how hard Chris is pushing EVERY workout. He inspires me to work harder and is also rubbing off on others around the office and folks who see him in the gym every day.
I also wanted to make sure people understand that this is not a “biggest loser” competition, and hopefully folks will understand why Chris’ weight loss is not some ridiculous number over the last 80 days. Chris is undergoing a complete life transformation - his new lifestyle needs to be something permanent and not just a rapid weight loss. He’s in the process of making changes to his eatings habits, workout routines and doing those things in such a way that he can continue to live his life! He’s also not just focusing on cardio for weight loss; he’s building muscle too. He keeps pushing the weights and reps and is doing a great job of pushing me too!
