Day 79: Back in the Water Again.
Its now December 18th, and between vacation and then the search for my sister-in-law over the past couple of weeks, I believe today was the first day since November 20th that I’ve been to the swimming pool. Basically, I think I missed 3 weeks.
I was late getting there, and only got 56 laps in for my 1/2 hour swim. I felt out of practice, and I had to focus really hard to keep my form and a nice consistent stroke. Whenever my mind wandered, I could feel myself slow down, and my form got very sloppy.
The pool is closed the next 2 Tuesdays for Christmas and New Years, so I’m gonna have to shuffle my schedule to compensate. Hmmm… Actually, I think that my 3 month weigh-in is Christmas Eve as well.
