Day 32: Cardio

Nothing much to say today, except that I am still dog tired. Working out today was really tough. I even found myself looking for a good excuse to cut it short or do something else. But, I didn’t. I went in.

I did change it up a bit, though. Before, I’d been doing 4 15-minute workouts on 4 different machines. Today, I tried to change it up to 3 20-minute sessions on 3 machines. First, I did 2 exercises for 20 minutes each, but the stair mill was wicked hard. When I started the 3rd exercise, the stationery bike. This time I used the x-training bike, which I hadn’t used before. About 2 minutes into it, I realized that I wouldn’t be able to go a full 20 minutes. It was WAY too hard. The easiest setting was really more than I was used to. So, I did 10 minutes and then switched to another machine. I’ll have to work on that one. :wink:
