Day 13: Saturday - @ home working

So, I’ve got this unbelievable workload of side projects I’m involved with. Its actually 2am on Sunday, and I’m just getting ready for bed.

My big goal this next week or two is to completely get rid of as much as I can so I don’t go insane or totally burn out (which is where I’m currently headed).  The point is, all of this work keeps me busy ALL the time. I didn’t get out of the house at all today except for an hour this morning when I took my kid to the library, so really, no exercise. At all.

I also tried to watch what I ate, but it was hard today. Sitting at my computer designing can give me a really bad case of the munchies, so it was an all day struggle.  I finished what I wanted to get done, but just now (remember, 2am?).  I’ve also got a full schedule planned for Sunday, too, but as long as it doesn’t rain, I think my kid and I are going bike riding up at the grandparents. We’ll see. Maybe I’ll just nap in preparation for the work week.

Did I mention my mother-in-law flies in on Monday? I’m sure I can use her staying with us as an excuse if I fall off the wagon. ;)

Its less about the eating, and more about high amounts of stress. :!:
