6 years old, or 7?
Want to clarify one small point that may be popping up. It almost has nothing to do with this, but since being here for my kid is one of the largest influencers to my determination to get healthy, it has come up from time to time, and will again in the future.
Sometimes I say my little girl is 6, sometimes I say 7. Truth is, she is 6, but turns 7 next month in November, so in my mind, she’s already 7. I kind of flip-flop on that in my posts and videos, depending on whether I’m speak technically or emotionally, I guess. So, don’t get confused. She is 6, but she’ll be 7 soon, and I’ll probably just try to remember to say 7 so as not to confuse the issue further.
