Hungry
Just as a quick side note. I’m hungry. I feel hungrier than normal, too. Maybe its the drop in fats in my diet. Or maybe its the increased activity. I just don’t know.
What I do know is that about every 2-3 hours my stomach starts growling. Since I’m not eating 3 large meals a day, rather, 5 or 6 smaller meals per day, maybe my body is just adjusting to the schedule. I’ve been eating roughly at 7, 11, 2, 5:30, & 9 and maybe midnight if I’m up that late. So, its just after midnight and I’m ready to go to bed, and my stomach is just really growling, and I haven’t planned an appropriate ’snack’. So, I’ll just grab half a PB&J on whole wheat and see what I can do about this next week.

Hey bro! I’m proud of what your doing keep it up! ^.^ about the hunger pains, I know what you’re talking about, man, I went through the same problem a couple of weeks ago, but now my stomach seems to have shrunk. I’ve been going through a workout as well lol. 25 lbs lost so far! at least 50 more to go! I’ll be following you big bro!

Ha! Charlie is my littlest brother out there in Washington state. But, the Wilson’s don’t really breed us small, so by little, I mean younger. Justin, the middle brother, is bigger than both of us.
Keep up the great work, yourself! 25lbs, eh? That’s great! Once we’re both down to size, I’ll have to fly in and get a family picture taken.
And its nice to know that the hunger might go away soon, as well.
