Day 111: Day 2 Strength Training - Finally!
I thought I wasn’t going to make it into the gym today. It was a crazy day. But the schedule opened up unexpectedly and I was able to get in about 3:30. Just enough time to do 2 full sets of this routine (finally!) and some cardio before they closed at 5. This workout is heavy on the upper body. Arms, shoulders, chest, etc. Good workout. I like it.
It seems that Mike wants me to do better on the push ups. I think I’ve got push ups in every routine this time around. Feels like Basic Training again.
