Day 106: Storm of the Century! not…
Good news, bad news. The good news is that in the end, there was only about 8 inches of snow on the ground. The bad news is that it ALL fell before work and then the temperature rose to well above freezing, which meant that I’d get a nice coating of ice below the snow after the melt froze again tonight.
So, to make things simple, I shoveled for just over an hour and a half in the morning and then got into work late. I also had some tight deadlines, so I had to skip the gym and postpone the weigh-in. In all, after spending the morning shoveling snow, I don’t feel at all like I didn’t get a workout in today. I’m just going to be a day late with the weigh-in.
